personal administrativo y operativo, la Secretar\u00eda de Salud llev\u00f3 a cabo una jornada especial de Pausas Activas y Psicolog\u00eda Organizacional dirigida a los servidores p\u00fablicos de la sede Caracas del Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda (TIFM).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La actividad, dise\u00f1ada para mitigar el estr\u00e9s laboral y mejorar el clima institucional, brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n directa a 56 trabajadores, quienes participaron en una divertida din\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La jornada cont\u00f3 con una participaci\u00f3n entusiasta logrando un espacio de encuentro y bienestar entre las \u00e1reas de: Secretar\u00eda de Auditor\u00eda, Despacho,<\/p>\n<p>SATIM, Corpotur y Gesti\u00f3n Comunicacional.<\/p>\n<p>Planificaci\u00f3n y Presupuesto, Fundaimir, Fundamar.<\/p>\n<p>Gesti\u00f3n Social, Ecososialismo y Pesca.<\/p>\n<p>Catastro y Control Urbano.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, la especialista en salud organizacional enfatizaron la importancia de las pausas breves durante la jornada para elevar la productividad y prevenir enfermedades ocupacionales.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Con este tipo de acciones, el Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda reafirma su compromiso con la creaci\u00f3n de entornos laborales saludables, apostando por el equilibrio integral de quienes d\u00eda a d\u00eda trabajan por
