Se realiza visita de seguimiento al caso de salud del Sr. Otilio Salazar de 92 a\u00f1os de edad, evidenci\u00e1ndose signos vitales para la fecha: FC: 76lpm FR:17 rpm T.A: 120\/75mmhg Glicemia: 127mg\/dl, se encuentra en regulares condiciones generales, afebril al tacto tolerando la v\u00eda oral y el ox\u00edgeno ambiente, deshidratado con ruidos respiratorios presentes sin agregados, ruidos card\u00edacos r\u00edtmicos sin soplo ni galope. Observ\u00e1ndose aumento de volumen en la regi\u00f3n abdominal de 27cm\u00d727cm y edema en miembro inferior izquierdo grado I.
